Speaking of being a part of life's biggest transaction, why don't we take a moment here because you just had

something really cool that happened with a client that reached out to you that

ended up buying a piece of real estate and after he bought this piece of real estate it just

wasn't a life transaction it was a very emotional transaction he reached out and

thank you you you reached out to tell me Ron it got very emotional between you too, right?

Yeah, this was kind of an unexpected benefit, I think, of getting into real estate.

I was thinking about this a lot when we went through this deal.

For years and years when we would do stuff on the radio,

we were kind of one step removed.

Even when I went to Haiti or Japan or whatever and would be a part of like we would raise a lot of money

after the earthquake in in Haiti. We raised a bunch of money and raised a bunch of supplies and I went over there, but it's not one-on-one like I was there

You do a big event you reach out and you're at an airplane hangar and like it was cool and I'm super glad I went or in Japan when we did

things with an orphanage we raised a million dollars after tsunami I went there

and you're giving back to the community and it feels awesome, but it's very different when you do it one-on-one.
