We are speaking Spanish right now because Mike and I had to forge birth certificates this weekend.

Like, we're a bunch of Cubans floating to the United States trying to play professional baseball for the first time.

And without having to get into diplomatic relations with Cuba or anything, I would just say that that is the first time I ever hit a lie about my birth certificate to get on a baseball field.

To be younger at least.

I was sneaking into bars as a 19 year old with an older ID, but I had never ever had to say I was younger than I actually am.

So we're going to get to that story later.

But first I have to ask, did it make you feel dangerous?

I felt like I was on top of the world to be honest.

Did you feel vulnerable at all?

No, I felt good.

Okay.
