I wanna talk about what to do when you feel overwhelmed,

when too many things are coming at you,

and things are stacked up on you,

when you feel like you're getting pummeled,

like you're getting held under the water.

You know that feeling when you're like spinning,

or that feeling when you opened the mail,

and you get a bill that you didn't expect was coming,

and it's like seriously not today.

Or there's that toxic draining person,

and you have this interaction with them

that's just so awkward, and it's just, ah,

and you're like not today, it's too much,
