This week, we're recording live from

the gazebo at the Armitage Estate discussing the 2017 supernatural horror film, Get Out. Get Out is the

directorial debut of Jordan Peel, who also wrote the film. Previously known for his comedic

performances, Jordan Peel surprised all of us with the masterful blending of horror and social commentary.

He deliberately set out to make a film that would especially speak to the usually neglected black

horror audience. This film alone earned Jordan Peel a seat at the table of up-and-coming

respected horror creators. This film was recommended to us by friend of the show, Cora Bishapetti.

get out the first time you saw it? I don't think I liked it as much when we first seen it.

I just think I was more confused than anything and I thought it was more funny. There's a lot.

There's a lot of comedy in it. I think with his background, you expect that. Definitely. But it was watching at this time again, I liked it better. I did. That's good. I was able to sit there and pay more attention. And I did like it this time, but I still do feel like it. There's a lot of funny. they just a lot
