on a motion that was filed by Eric Blan on behalf

of the Satterfield heirs.

So in the motion that he filed, he is requesting

for civil detention, asking that they require

an arrest and detention of Alec Murdock until he returns the property

that has been fraudulently embezzled from his clients.

He went some locked up.

Right, and in this filing, he cites a state law

that says under certain circumstances,

a person can be arrested in a civil case despite

they're not being criminal charges.
