What a wonderful and sad week we're about to have on Ask Science Mike.

Wonderful because for the third week in a row we have researcher and therapist and

PhD candidate Hillary McBride on with us to answer your questions about

mental health and sad because it's the last of the three

of those. So next week it'll be back to just me talking alone in a microphone to

both my dismay and the audience and

but I do want to take a moment and jokes aside.

I just remind everyone that we are talking about mental health

issues this week we're going to talk about mood disorders we're going to talk about

bullying we're going to talk about We're going to talk about abortion.

We're going to talk about climate change.

So we've got some really heavy topics that we're going to talk about.

And I don't want you in the audience to feel some compulsory or compulsory drive to listen to the whole

show if at any point it becomes overwhelming or too. I want to remind you right up front that you can always

pause this episode and take a break. You can skip it entirely. You should do whatever you need to do to feel mentally safe and whole and healthy.
