And boys, we have some interesting topics today I was telling you guys off the

air in our pre-production meeting that today for me was an introvert's worst nightmare

in that we're in like late afternoon now

and people have been just like dumping words into me all day so if I just like

get up and walk out of the room if you hear like a door click that's why I'm just

just having a little alone time.

Listeners will not even be surprised.

That'll just be like, oh, Ted's, you know, he used open mail and eat granola bars.

Sometimes he just says he doesn't care.

Getting up and walking out just it just is on

brand. Dude I might get it I might do a little granola bar eating too man I'm on this new

diet this new deal so not not hating life yet which is good, but new year good for good job Ted. Yeah, no, I'm not trying to get scrawny, but just like a little bit scrawnyer

You know if you see me you know that I could stand to get a little bit scrawny.
