Well, this is Betsy Bell, and how can this happen?

My goodness, my audience.

We are here on January 20th a Monday, and it is exclusively the day of reckoning.

Now, my show today is called Democrats' love affair with hate.

The first part of it is see it in experiments.

Part two is called Dracula's sunlight. And then part three is love and hate. Are they the same? My audience, I have been here with you for a number of months, and we have explored so many things.

But some of the information is going to be biased, and it's because the sources I have are biased.

But some of the information that I wanted to give you today is about the history of

self-care and self-love. And in order to frame how both are modern and historical concepts. So this author that I was

reading believed that self-care is what nurtures self-love. But she also thought that self-love was essential in order to prioritize

and invest in self-care. Now, this idea of loving yourself sprang up very heavily in the 1960s.

And with all fads, it faded into oblivion, and it now has become a ghost,

a reflection of our past, if you will.

Now, when you meet someone, I believe you can see and feel how their demeanor is reflecting

their self-love or their self-loathing.

How can this happen?

I can only give you the information that I find,

but I know that all of it isn't true.

But if the story I'm about to tell you is only partly true, we all need to be afraid.

This is all a part of the norm of self-loathing, which is permeating our landscape today.
