Didn't know that was a thing? Neither did Steve Bannon, most likely, but that's who arrested him... The Fifth Circuit won't show its cards with respect to whether the all-male military draft rule remains constitutional given that the role of women in the military has changed so much since Rostker...will SCOTUS take the case though?
