Summary

Between 1986 and 1989, four double homicides took place on or along the Colonial Parkway in Virginia, US. While the murders were all a bit different, many believed they were committed by the same guy who has still, to this day, never been caught. The victims families are still hopeful that one day, DNA could break open the case, and that day could be today.
