Hey everybody. Before we get started tonight, I want to let you know that this

episode was recorded on February 2nd. A much more footloose and fancy free time than the present.

If the mini apocalypse hasn't gone too far, Danielle and I will have a new episode out to talk all about

what's going on soon. And real quick, as frightening

as it all seems, this is a perfect opportunity for us to practice taking better care of each

other during a time when folks really are going to be needing just

that, while learning how to treat each other in a new better way down the road.

It happens on occasion.

Rich is fairly high. Me, I'm a sober-minded guy, so I never would I be high or anything like that.
