On June 24, 2022 the Supreme Court voted to overrule Roe v. Wade, a landmark court case which granted federal protections for the privacy of Americans seeking to terminate a pregnancy. The legality of an abortion is now determined on a state-by-state basis, and already several states have implemented a total ban on abortion. This issue has been weighing heavily on our hearts for the past two weeks as we wonder what a Post-Roe America looks like. Whether abortion affects you directly or not, it is important to learn and share what the Supreme Court’s ruling means for abortion rights across America, and how the consequences will ripple out across the country.
