Wow, that is inspiring to me and exciting.

It is. We need to come up with like a really rock solid opener sometime because I feel like

I'm like, and we're people who lost weight and now you know that. We always know that. It's

a thing that you people know. Yeah, exactly. But, you know, what you don't know is that we've got

some truths to get out. Unleash on you.

Yeah. Last week, it was an entire week ago, we did an episode that were, it ended up being

nine things that you don't want to hear. And now we've got more things that you don't want to hear.

You know what? I am not a big numbers person. I mean, I know I just, I was like, oh, it's 145 pounds.

That's super dupor me. But like, we were like, okay, let's put together a list of 10 things.

And now it's some indeterminate, like, we're never going to stop saying things that you don't want to hear. So just buckle up, buckle in, buckle down.
