special guest with us yes I actually had a really really fun time recording the

show and really a few show. I did say really a few times there and we've gotten a couple messages like,

oh it was great to finally hear Bruce excited about this or that and I was like I feel like I'm pretty excited all

time I think it's because like compared to me where I'm so excited all the time
