Now I don't know about you where you live but my kids started school this week so summer is officially over but you'd never know it by how

hot my studio is man goddamn I got no air conditioning in here and I'm sweating like

a pig trying to get this here podcast done what What's going on this week? We got the Republican

National Convention. That's fucking crazy. And last week we had the

Democratic National Convention that was also

crazy by my measure a different kind of crazy but crazy nonetheless

then we have this horrible horrible shooting police shooting of Jacob Blake out in Wisconsin and

all the rioting that's kicked off since.

And I mean, it's just a headscratcher like, if you are a policeman in this day and age with all the recent events that have gone on,

wouldn't you just assume that almost everything you do, especially if like you're trying to apprehend somebody or trying to arrest somebody where

When you just assume that everything you do is going to be videotaped and on display for the entire world to see and it you would think, or I would think that you would assume that.

And then doesn't it follow that you would then have some self-awareness to not shoot an unarmed

man seven times like that.

I mean it's just...

I mean I don't even know what to make of it.
