prize my eyes open actually, my right eye open this morning with both hands. So I had to

wash it out for I could even move it. It's rubbish. It's a bit better than it was yesterday.

So yes, I've been Harrogate Park running. I went for it on Saturday first time for a while actually.

I've given it a bit of a hit out. 1944 I've got some serious work to do

before the single op in September.

I've been training now.

I did get 50 miles in last week, which is great.
