marathon is on the planet, plus all the spoils, speed and successes from the race itself.

Tom, well I know what you've been up to, but tell me anyway.

Well, I've been hanging out with you at the Expo, and what a week it was.

We had a laugh that I think, think well the most surprising thing for me was

dinner with mow on the Friday night it was pretty unique wasn't it there we were

sat having a little bit of dinner at the hotel with Paralympic 200 meter champion Richard Whitehead

Liz course Ruby was bouncing around somewhere.

Andrew McNamara joined us as well and sat on his lonesome who was double an Olympic of Billy no mates Mo Farra.

And so I thought I can't believe it there he is he's in London always told.

So I so I pitch over and said you know hello Mo how you doing blah blah blah all that kind of stuff

I said don't sit in here on your own if you want come and join us for dinner and he did which was fantastic

yeah it was. We'd be laughing around, haven't we said,

before we'd seen him the day before that I think

saying, I bet he's got an entourage and there be loads of people

and you weren't able to get near him and actually like you say,
