Okay, tell me about YoltsmeapodGas for starters. Can we start there? It's so good. Thank you. You and Gabe having fun doing it.

We are. We've talked about it for about a year and I was like, let's do this together. But then we weren't sure where we're going to go with it. And then as it got closer, I was just going to do it. And then literally a month prior because he was always in on the planning. He had all these ideas. He was always really excited about it.

And a month prior, we went to visit college friends that we were in each other's weddings and we were just talking about the next year what was coming and they looked at us and they just said you guys are building two things like separate.

1:38.0

And they really challenged us. They go, I really believe that you guys should do something very intentional together that almost falls outside of both of your umbrellas that you can just partner in. And what was so funny is we were driving back from that from their house in Charlotte.

And we were already set to record the opener that Wednesday that Gabe was just going to interview me. And we'd done a lot of other back work. I had done a lot of interviews since spring. 2:21.0

Yeah. That's a lot. There's a lot of numbers in your life. Give a lot of kids, birthdays, anniversary, just this conviction that we're better together. And yet we both feel unique. Colleagues and specific ways expressions around certain things. But I'm finding the more that we do things together. We're actually a lot more aligned and overlap more than I even realized.

2:46.0

So this is a way to explore that. It's been fun. So for people who are married or even dating in relationship, why is it important to do something like that together? Because maybe someone listening is a doctor and his wife is a teacher.

3:01.0

Sure.

Or she is real involved with the Women's Ministry of Church and he is the youth pastor. Right. Why do you need to find that common thing? Right.

3:11.0

How do you do it? Well, it doesn't have to be your, you know, your day job. I mean, obviously you're doing life together. If you're married, you're and you have children, you're raising kids together. Right.

3:23.0

So there's a lot of overlap there. But because we both kind of have a work that requires voice, you know, just perspective, teaching, education, opinion, even.

3:36.0

We can just never really come together on that if we don't have intention around it. And so I think for us, it was just like, we've learned some things the hard way.

3:47.0

And Gabe, actually, it's great to do something outside of the realm of Q that still compliments Q, but for him to talk more personally about things.

3:55.0

Yeah.

3:56.0

And from a man, like, I think he's just really feeling this challenge and conviction around men, like men and leading and being vulnerable, obviously with their, their frailty, but also.
