things we do to each other, is life-changing and heroic. I don't feel heroic, I have to say,

I just feel like a slightly harassed mum trying to hold it all together amid, amid troubling times, but grateful also

that I have my health, a job and a lovely family and a lovely dog. So I take those words on board,

and I've looked slowly learning in my mid to late 40s that I need to accept praise rather than rebuffing it.

So I will just say thank you, Anthony, and I appreciate your message.
