Okay everybody, welcome to the most wonderful Rua State podcast ever.

I'm so excited to bring in another episode of Inside the Minds of Today's Millionaires.

And as you know during this session we interview people who are successful,

not necessarily only in Rua State, we're just people who are successful in general,

and we try to pick their brain and find out what it is about that person that makes them

successful versus this person who is a big excuse on the world as to why they can't do it.

So we have a really great mind to explore today. We are going to be talking to Keith Yackie.

So Keith, welcome to the show. It's an honor and a pleasure to be here.

Now it's an honor for me to really. You have no idea. So before I give anybody a little background,

why don't you just give us a short summary of kind of who you are and what you're doing.

And then we'll have our drinks that's one and then we'll dive in.

Sounds good. So about 13 and a half years ago my mom passed away from cancer.

She looked at me and said, Keith, I'm 56 and I'm dying with regrets. Whatever you do,

whatever you do, go do it, do not die with your regrets. So we were watching some TV show

about flipping. She says, I think you can do that. I said, I can destroy that person because

they're not good with people. And if you're not good with people, it's pretty hard to be great

...
