and remain important throughout the learning process even when children become adults.

In vocational education and training, the role of teachers and trainers is also key.

But various factors, such as the fast-paced digital transition, new curricula demands,

or making sure training keeps up with the changes, often getting the way of teachers

and trainers developing and performing as they would wish. Sedefob has a project dedicated

to teachers and trainers professional development and works with their representatives,

policy makers, social partners and other stakeholders to promote this key role and improve

Well, me and our other college in Spain, we knew about the SEDAFOP and its job, and we said, why we don't know the set-of-op much deeper, so we are here.

Bed teacher training, I think, must evolve to meet the changing needs of the workforce.
