I'm still sweating because I went on a run. I woke up late because it's Memorial Day.

Then I went on a run and I had 20 minutes to shower and get down here and get set up to start recording

until I didn't give myself time to cool down and so I was in the shower

sweating. I got out of the shower I'm sweating and now I'm sitting here sweating.

In fact I was a couple of minutes late to the recording because I was running around the house,

I just went for my morning walk to go get coffee.

That's something I committed to doing is my ramp up to getting healthy.

I never walk up here anymore, I get in my car, drive in the city I would walk everywhere.

So every morning now I walk about a it's about a half a mile walk to get coffee and back. And so I just got back,

open my mail, I'm in a good mood because I opened up all my bills and they weren't crazy. You ever have that pile of bills sitting there and you're just afraid to open them because you don't know how much each total is going to be. But now that the

summers here all my bills are a little bit lower. This electric and heating, everything's like not nearly as much as it would be through the

winter. So I'm happy. Happy about that.

What's the update on the fitness thing?

So I'm going to weigh in every Sunday night, late every Sunday night, and I weighed in last night at about 1 a.m.
