Summary

In early 2014, a hard working, vivacious Elgin 18 year old was just embarking on life's journey. She was caring, full of life, and was very close with her family. When her mother couldn't reach her she became worried and it wasn't long before her worries were confirmed. The investigation took several twists and turns but one ingenious Kershaw County Deputy tracked down his man like a human bloodhound.
