22nd day of December 2010. Hard to believe that it is already almost the end of the year 2010 and we are almost into 2011.

That's going to take some getting used to, but at any rate I'm glad to have you here for

this midweek bonus edition of the podcast of course this is

documentaries that matter where we play the audio of various documentaries that I

think are worth paying attention to and I want to this week feature the newly released Corbett Report 2009 video archive DVD because, and here's my rationale,

as I'm sure my listeners might have thought about in the past or maybe they can take a moment to think about it now, all of the incredible talented filmmakers who have agreed to let me play the audio of their documentaries on this

podcast have in effect given the work that they have often spent yours creating out

to the world for free simply because they want the information to get out.

So whether it be Dan Dix or John Hanke or Paul Virge or Bill Still or any of the other excellent documentary filmmakers who have so generously

allowed me to play the audio of their documentaries for free without any type of monetary

compensation, well they have been doing an excellent service

to humanity in helping to spread their information even further than it could ever possibly

get if it was put up behind a price barrier.

And of course that's why I always exhort listeners to go and support the filmmakers by buying the DVDs

because if you don't support these people who are giving away their blood, sweat and tears for free

simply because they want to inform you, well if you don't support them, they will not be able

to continue putting their life's work into this type of information.

So, in the interest of Walking the Walk, I am of course not asking any filmmaker to do anything that I wouldn't do myself.
