I am happy to say I finally got my tire replaced, my faulty left rear tire that had taken two nails and I had some trouble told

you last week some frustration trying to get a 20 inch tire from Tesla it took

exactly one week, actually more, took eight days from

the time of the original service appointment to getting a new wood installed. But I will say

this, the Tesla of San Francisco

they took good care of me once once the tire did arrive so unfortunately I have to

add for you folks I was told specifically by the service center person helping me that Tesla does not offer road hazard protection on their tires but I said well you know could I just

order them from some place like tire rack in the future and get the

warranty from them and just have them shipped here and she said absolutely you can

totally do that so and I told her I would very much prefer to just do it all at once with

Tesla but if they're not going to offer road hazard, which I've always bought on all

of my tires for any car, I guess from now on, once I actually need a proper set of, actual full

set of tires, I will do just go to go the tire rack
