Summary

In September of 1995, 13-year-old Jessyca Mullenburg was kidnapped by her father's neighbor, 38-year-old Steven Oliver. Oliver gained her father's trust by pretending to have a contact at a large publishing company and by helping Jessyca with her writing to get her published. But in reality, Steven Oliver had become obsessed with Jessyca and had a very sinister and thought out plan to take her away.
