I just got back from a trip down to Austin, Texas.

I played a show, got to see some friends, had a really good time.

I could have flown down there, and it probably would have taken me three hours or so,

but I figure why fly when you can drive? So I drove a little more than 12 hours getting there and it

took 15 and a half hours to get back. Got stuck in a lot of traffic. Drove 15 and a half hours

straight in one day. Did not expect to do that, but it's an occupational hazard that happens every now and then.

But on the way down there, I drove all the way from Nashville to Tyler, Texas.

Got a hotel, I spent the night there in Tyler, Texas, and the next morning I got up nice and early so I could drive into Austin.

But before I left, I stopped by this graveyard, and I visited David Koresh's grave. I'll be honest

with you, I don't even know that much about the Branch Davidian thing. I remember sitting behind

the bar at the patio in Indianapolis when that whole thing

went down. Me and my buddy Rowdy were watching it on TV. That's actually the name that his mom

gave him, Rowdy Cup. I haven't seen Rowdy in a while. I hope he's doing well. We were watching

that on TV and kind of in disbelief. And so I thought, well, I'll go by there.

It was a modest little cemetery.

It was raining, and I got a little bit wet, walking around trying to find his grave.

I thought he would have been buried in Waco instead of Tyler, but I'm not sure what the deal was there.

Maybe he was originally from there.

I finally found his grave, and I'm just standing there looking at it.

You know, it's like, David Koresh's grave. Here it is. I'm standing out in the rain, getting wet.

And it's one of those moments that we all have every now and then. I just stood there and thought,
