Hey everybody.

It is Melanie Mitro, the host of the Women Inspiring Women podcast.

And it is the first full week, I think, of December.

Yes, it is.

Gosh, I feel like life right now is incredibly chaotic.

And here at the Mitro House, we've been fighting a little bit of cold. So we've been a little under the weather. And I feel like we're finally coming out of

the fog and coming back to life. And we're also right now in the midst of navigating

complete 100% virtual learning. So on the day that I'm

recording this is actually day one of my kids doing 100% virtual learning. So it's been quite a day

here in the house. And I feel like the topic I'm about to talk about couldn't be better aligned

to kind of what's going on in my personal life and probably
