Hi everyone, it's Sally and Claytime, Hi Clay. We are on our third in the podcast series

of the Life Giving Parent and we wanted to make these podcasts in such a way that if

you just wanted to listen to 15 minutes and talk about the heart principle with your

husband that you could do that, but we also wanted to get through them fairly quickly

so that you can feel like we're not just lasting forever with the podcast series like I sometimes

do. So today is one of my favorite topics just in my life because I feel like there

are very few people who live in this way. So Clay introduces to this chapter today.

Yeah, this is kind of the I guess kind of the fulcrum of all of these in some ways, of

all of these principles, these heartbeats of parental life giving, eight heartbeats of

parental life giving that we've been going through. And just to refresh, we've been through

for so far, numbering your child's days, nurturing your child's spirit, guarding your child's

heart, renewing your child's mind. Oh, that was the four. And then today we're going through

two more, strengthening your child's faith and shaping your child's will. Again, there

might be some real connection there. And so we just want to we want to talk about those

together this morning for you because faith really is, comes down to the thing that we all want

to see in our children. We want to see that they believe and follow God and yet we're probably

a little afraid as parents are they just saying what they know we want to hear or is there something

really going on in there? And I think that's a critical question we all need to ask. And we need
