Guys, before we get into this episode, as you know, we are helping to raise funds in shawlah for the coronavirus pandemic that's going on and we've teamed up with a human appeal who are basically raising money so that they can do two things with the donations.

First of all, 15 pounds can go towards helping vulnerable people in the UK to deliver them emergency food parcels,

which is very, very powerful.

So we'll go on about that in a second.

And then the second one is a 70 pound hygiene pack that helps people around the world who can't access the basic

necessities and gives them kind of an emergency pack in places that Pakistan, Syria, Iraq,

and a few more countries.

So guys, what I want to say about that is we're all feeling the effects of coronavirus in some way or form and just a 15 pound donation can really make someone's day by giving them that emergency food

parcel that perhaps they don't know or they are having anxiety or not knowing where it's going

to come from and it could come from you.
