This episode, guys, is with the guys at H. M. You'll remember that last time we had

Nadeem from H. M. Right? On the podcast and what happened is he came in and he explained to us kind of what

HMC are about and stuff that wasn't a paid episode it wasn't a sponsorship

but they were interested in obviously coming down and they got in touch with us and what they did is they kind

of explain to us kind of what HMC is and I learned a lot from them on that episode. I'm not saying that we I'm not saying that we like

promoting like only going with HMC or not only going with HMC.

We just simply had these the guys on which was great.

And so this time we've had them on because there's a few things that kind of people have been

interested in with HMC with what's going on with the coronavirus which is stuff like for example that you know right now the price of meat has gone up and HMC though they don't sell me they are

representative of a lot of organizations who sell me who who sell chicken, who sell whether it's our butchers or whether it's a farm or whether it's an actual restaurant.

And therefore, they asked these questions.

And so we wanted to kind of make this episode

where we can clarify those things.

So it's an interesting episode.
