I pray for my nieces every week. They call me and then we get their prayer requests and just so we have a little connection there.

And so my little niece, 11, said that there's a girl that's getting on her last nerves.

My mom yells from the other room, you ain't got no nerves.

Getting on her last nerves and I said, she said, can you pray for that? And I said, I will pray that God gives you patience.

And so she says, okay, yep, then she goes, wait, what?

Why are you praying for me?

She's the one. She's the one with the problem that she's straightened out.

And I said, it's a possibility she won't change, but I can pray that God changes you.

Now she's 11, I don't know how far that goes, but it's an interesting challenge for all of us.

That's an awesome thing to at least start thinking about when you're 11.

Yeah. That's really awesome.

My own fault. I can't blame anybody else for it.

I'm just going to have to live with it.
