Okay so welcome back everybody. Today we are going to be talking about a somewhat Christmas themed I guess case.

This crime took place on Christmas Eve so it's a little Christmasy I guess and some of you may have heard about it before but we are going to be talking about the Kovina massacre that happened on Christmas Eve 2008.

What does it feel like there's been a lot of Christmas time massacres? Did we cover a couple last year or two? Yeah we did. I feel like it's just like families together and like yeah stuff just happens.

Yeah so to start out this story we have to learn who Bruce Pardo is. Bruce Jeffrey Pardo was born March 23rd 1963 in Los Angeles California and we don't accept him like no. Goodbye.

He grew up in San Fernando Valley and he graduated from John H. Francis Polytechnic High School in Sun Valley in the LA area and then he went on to study at California State University Northridge.

After graduating he began working at the Jet Propulsion Lab in Flint Ridge and he eventually was making six figures as an electrical engineer at a military contractor in Van Ays California.

So he was like making a lot of money and this wasn't discovered until later on but apparently in 1989 Bruce got engaged to a co-worker and they went as far as planning an entire extravagant wedding and an expensive honeymoon into Heaty.

And this wedding and honeymoon were being paid for by his fiance because at the time he was living at home and didn't really have a lot of money saved up.
