His internship and psychiatry residency were at McLean Hospital, Massachusetts General Hospital, and Harvard Medical School. He’s currently the director of the Department of Postgraduate and Continuing Education at McLean Hospital. In addition he is an Assistant Professor of Psychiatry at Harvard Medical School.

If you're familiar, there's the, those Spartan obstacle course races that have gotten really popular in the last decade. and they added a new component to it called Spartan Trail.

one thing I didn't realize before I got there, but we ended up doing it was they have the

world's biggest gondola. And it's like, I think it's like 2.75 miles and it takes you from

one peak all the way to another one. And you've, it's like, you're so high up. You almost look like you're in an airplane looking down as you're kind of landing. And it's just really weird to be like attached to this wire in this little car getting trekked across on that thing. But, yeah, we saw a lot. So that was kind of fun. That's awesome. Yeah, that's pretty. And when are you heading out to Greece to do your 153 mile jaunt?
