1:04.4	adventure video. We found golden shantrel mushrooms. I'm not a huge mushroom fan but Eddie's
1:12.2	a forager and he assured me that I at least had to try them.
1:15.2	They were in fact golden shantrels and not like a false shantrel or anything like that.
1:20.6	Cleaned them up, sliced them up, fried them up in some
1:23.4	olive oil and salt and pepper right there at this like abandoned Boy Scout
1:27.8	camp that we camped at right next to this river. It was just really cool. We
1:31.2	like filter the river water. I mean it was a full adventure and I tried those golden
1:36.4	chantral mushrooms and they tasted like roasted turkey. It tasted like Thanksgiving. It was the most wild thing. So I'm going to go ahead and add them to my list of approved mushrooms that I would eat again. Fantastic if you ever have the opportunity to try them.
