Sydney. Happy Friday. I'm getting confused because I'm actually filming this like super far in

advance. This is actually the first episode that I'm filming of this month, like before Hereditary,

before everything, because I go to London from the third to the ninth. So I have to make,

or the 10th, whenever. So I have to make sure that I have everything in order. So I'm filming

this super in advance. So excuse me if I'm confused on timeline because time doesn't exist. And

it's just a fucking concept and I don't

understand it. But it's February at this point for those of you listening. It's still January for me,

but that's okay. But we are, this is the first episode I'm doing, even though Hereditary will be

first. But this month is an anti-valentine's day,

which I think is a great idea. I'm happy that I'm doing it, but my God, you know what's

weird, though? Last night, I watched this movie in preparation, and I watched midsummer

in preparation, back to back, which I thought would

kill me. And then I was like, oh, these aren't as bad as I remember. I still don't love them.

I still don't love them. But I'm like, okay, like I think on a rewatch, they're better for me.

I remember them being a lot worse. This, the witch, which we're talking about today, this was the third time I had seen the witch. And the second time, the first time I hated it, the second time I was like, okay, like I get the appeal of it. And the third time I feel the same way. I'm like, okay, like I still get the appeal of it. I just, it's not my cup of tea. Like, it's not really my jam. It's too slow. But there are a lot of things that I can't appreciate it. So I would never say I hate a movie now that I'm like, you know, grown. And I watch this probably back in like 2015, 2016 when it came out. Now that I'm like more of a like

seasoned movie watcher, movie critic, I guess you could call it, I would never hate a movie that I

can appreciate things in, you know? So like there are elements of this movie that I think are really

well done, really great. So I can't say I hate this movie. I probably can't say

I hate any of, I might hate Rosemary's baby. I don't know. We'll get there. That might,

on the rewatch, that might change too. I have seen that one a couple times, but we'll see.
