I'm kind of shaking my head as I think about creating this intro and telling you about what's coming up in this episode.

I wanted to do

something different. So I brought on my really good friends, Amy Smith of the Joy Junkie. She's been a

guest on here several times. Kira Sabin of the League of Adventurous Singles. She's been on here

at least once, maybe one other time. These are the two women I am co-hosting the adventure slash event

slash conference at the end of this year in October in Southern California called tanning

tacos and transformation. This is our third year hosting the event. And I wanted to have them on to

introduce you to them if you have never met them before. And, okay, the funny

part is, is that I wanted to do something different. And we do talk about personal development

in this episode. We do, I promise. And we also, I asked them some ridiculous questions,
