Summary

Going way back to our very first episode, we’re talking all about tummy time. You know, that fun activity where you put a baby on its stomach to strengthen muscles and minimize the risk of getting a flat head. The one that makes most babies cry hysterically. Now research is here to inform how we can promote this very necessary activity without all the tears.
