There is a squeaky toy that she's eyeing right now, so we'll see how that goes. Anyway, I wanted to start by mentioning that I'm going to move my various personal thoughts and spirit of adventure anecdotes towards the end of the show.

I figure there's no harm in that. If people like that stuff, it's still there for for you it's right there towards the end

rather than the beginning but if you don't at least it's not keeping you from

hearing the Tesla news first and foremost that you do care about.

So with that in mind, a quick follow-up to last week's story.

Remember I did the PIN to drive story about that new update that's going out that will

optionally if you if you enable it require a pin code before the car will move

well Steve from Glasgow wrote me a long note to explain to me why this in his opinion is a bigger deal

than I gave it credit for and that's not to say I didn't mean to downplay it by

any sense but he just wanted to convey like hey look this is actually a really

big deal particularly in Europe so I wanted to read you a chunk of his email and he

says putting this into context I understand that in the US the recovery

rate for stolen Tesla's is very high, but here in Europe and especially in the UK
