Summary
Pennsylvania has claimed another couple of victims; Trigger and I are VERY glad that it is over.
Our feet and shoes have suffered from the sharpness of the rocks and, now that we have entered New Jersey, we were hoping that the rocks were going to improve. Our verdict so far; better but still rocky.

| 0:35.9 | Hi, and welcome back again to Mighty Blue on the Appalachian Trail, the ultimate midlife crisis. |
| 0:42.3 | Sorry, it's been a few days. You know what the logistics are like here. So today I'm going to be |
| 0:47.3 | talking about the three days since we arrived at Lehigh Gap. Then tomorrow there'll be another show |
| 0:52.5 | for the three following days, bringing us nicely |
| 0:55.2 | up to date on Sunday evening. So, before we get started by the show, here are a few words |
| 1:00.0 | from our sponsor, Sawyer. When I hit the trail in 2014, I soon discovered that I come with the |
| 1:05.2 | wrong water filter. Everybody else had a Sawyer squeeze. Eventually, I bought a squeeze, |
| 1:10.2 | and I loved it. I'm going |
| 1:11.7 | again this year and top of my list of things to buy was the new micro squeeze filter by |
| 1:15.6 | Sawyer. Like all Sawyer stuff, it just works. You can filter up to 100,000 gallons and their |
| 1:21.7 | full-size squeeze filter comes with a lifetime warranty. Last year, believe it or not, more than |
| 1:26.4 | 4 million people got clean water |
| 1:28.1 | through a Soya waterfielder. But if you think that Sawyer is just about waterfielder, you could |
| 1:32.9 | not be more wrong. Nope, they supply everything to protect you, both in the backcountry and the |
| 1:38.2 | backyard. Protect your gear and clothes, as I did, with their permethrin fabric treatment, which is |
| 1:43.4 | 100% odourless |
| 1:44.5 | after drying. With all the ticks and bugs around |
| 1:47.1 | this is an absolute must. |
| 1:49.7 | They also provide sunscreens and first aid products. |
| 1:52.8 | Find out more by visiting Sawyer.com. |
