sort of one of those unglamorous cool weather vegetables that you know nobody really gets psyched about but I'm pretty

psyched. Well I think there was a time when it was like a cool not exactly cool but

like like a you know stereotypical gourmet vegetable like maybe in the

90s like you know and like a shaved fennel salad or with a little braised fennel on

the side was you know a thing that would happen at your at your new American

restaurant that's a thing no one says anymore is it new American

restaurant no no because it's just America now yeah it's all it's now it's
