In fact, the hoax of ADD and ADHD.

For the ADD years I've been involved in research on the mind-brain connection and for 25 years around the clinical practice,

working with people with all manner of communication and learning problems and what's become very apparent in this day and age is an absolute over referral rate and diagnosis for ADD and ADHD.

In the previous podcast I actually read the 18 symptoms, checklist some teclists that is used to determine and give someone a label of ADD and ADHD.

And I mentioned how ridiculous this is because in a few seconds someone gets a lifelong label that pretty much, you know, playing with someone's future,

you cannot do that when it actually takes hours and months of getting to know a person to really work at what's going on in their life.

We cannot be reduced to our brain and we very complex human beings with incredible minds.
