I am Tom Papa.

Thank you for being here. I am in New York City where I have some

shows I'm rolling in from Cleveland and Detroit where we had amazing sold out shows. I'm here doing the Come to

Papa show which you really have to come to when you're in New York City and

while I'm here I am able to meet up with a couple friends and do a couple

podcasts and my guest today is Emma Lovewell.

Emma is a positive force in this world. She has a new book called Live Learn Love Well.

She is a celebrity in my eyes because she is a peloton instructor.

She is one of the people who I have been working out with for the last like three years.

I love the Palaeton. This isn't an ad for the peloton but I truly just love it and I'm on it all the time

It's the one thing that I've been doing consistently to stay in shape and she's an amazing instructor.

She's very natural, just good energy, a lot of fun,

a lot of true positivity. You know, we've all been in workout classes, yoga classes,

things like that where you feel like they're just turning it on a bit much and I don't know maybe some people like that I don't really get into it
