The day was June 2nd, just afternoon, when a 61 year old reserve police officer named John Callis walked into a hardware store to do some shopping.

As John browsed the store, he noticed an Asian man in his mid 20s shoplifting a heavy $75 bench vice.

After informing employees, they raced outside to find the shoplifter standing next to an orange gold hunter prelude,
