Well, hey, everybody.

It is Melanie Mitro, the host of the Women Inspiring Women Podcast. And today is, oh my gosh, it is the week before school starts here in Western Pennsylvania

for my kiddos.

And yesterday on my news feed, it was blowing up with post

of moms that were sharing their kids' first days back to school. And it's kind of weird to,

number one, see everybody going to school on their first day with masks or number two, their pictures of their

virtual classrooms instead of being in a physical classroom with their peers. It just is a

different season of life that we're in right now with a lot of different challenges,

a lot of different roadblocks. And I know that it just from talking to

members of my team who are primarily moms or women with kids at some age, right,

just there is this sense of just unsettledness about the future and what the next couple of months look like, not only for

our kids in school, the virtual learning situation, how long will our kids actually be in school

if they stay in school? And then also, what's going to happen to our businesses?

What's going to happen to our jobs now that we're

wearing another hat? We're required to take on the role of educating our children in some way.
