I thought this organizational tip, but you might like.

It says, look around your environment.

Rather than seeing items as objects see them as magnets

for your attention each object gently pulls a certain amount of your attention toward it

whenever you discard something the tug of that object is released you can get some attention back

how everything is vying for your attention everything and god wants your attention to you want

Put so much beauty around you, but you don't have to pay attention to it. You can pay attention to it.
