by a creepy neighbor.

This week we have a case where extreme jealousy will cause a new bride to lose her life but it would

take 23 years for justice to prevail.

It's February the 24th, 1986.

27-year-old John Rutten would come home to find his new wife 29 year old

Sherry Rasmussen beaten to death in their home. Now John at 6 foot 3 and very

athletic had come home from his engineering job at

Micropolis. Now that was a hard drive manufacturing company just 20 minutes

down the road. Now he found that the garage door of their townhouse was open and
