There's a crazy up theory on the real reason why Doug the dog is a golden retriever. Wait, why is he a golden retriever? So when you look at Charles Munn's dogs that he's using to hunt Kevin, he has Rottweilers and he has Dobermans.

But Doug the dog is the only golden retriever? So when you look at Charles Munce's dogs that he's using to hunt Kevin, he has Rottweilers

and he has Dobermans, but Doug the dog is the only golden retriever, but there's actually

a reason why he is.

So in the movie, we see that Doug is literally the only dog that was able to track and

find Kevin.

But that's because out of all the dogs in the pack, golden retrievers are actually the

best hunting dogs and tracking dogs. So when you think about it, it makes sense that the other dogs couldn't find Kevin, but it made complete sense that Doug was the one to find Kevin because he's instinctively a hunting dog. And that's why it makes sense that Doug is the only golden retriever. That's really interesting. Because I feel like Doug is one of the best Pixar characters to ever exist. And it is weird how you would think in the movie, if you didn't know that golden retrievers were hunting dogs, you would think that Doug would never be the one to find Kevin.

Right. Because to be fair, I mean, not to be mean to Doug. Yeah. He doesn't seem like the brightest. Right. The brightest of the pack. He does mention that he's very good at tracking. Right. But it never says like once like, oh, golden retrievers are the hunting dog. So it makes sense that Doug found him. It makes a lot of sense, guys. Okay. I didn't know that he was the golden retriever. Really? Yeah, I mean, I was. I guess he doesn't have like the typical like goldenriever build. Like he has short legs.

Stubby nose.

Yeah.

Did they see it in the movie that he's a golden retriever? I feel like they do. Man, it's been so long as I've seen it. But that is interesting. Makes a lot of sense. Okay, so moving on, do you know why in Toy Story 2 when Al's talking on the phone? He just yells, don't touch my mustache, and then he hangs up the phone.
