Hi guys and thanks for coming back again to Mighty Blue on the Appalachian Trail,

the ultimate midlife crisis. My deepest apologies for not getting a show on for about a week.

We've done about 160 miles in the last 10 days of uninterrupted walking up until last Friday.

So this week I'm going to split the shows into two to make them

slightly more manageable and each one will be of a shorter length. The first one will go out as soon as I've

done it and then the second one will follow hopefully a couple of hours later. One bit of news
