It's Tuesday afternoon today. And my God, do we have a time appropriate guess for what

we've been going through here for the last few months in regards to Hard A. F. Seltzer and

Tetherball Academy Media and our businesses and everything else.

There's a company and a bank called Old Glory Bank that's been making a lot of headlines

recently because there's a bunch of celebrities involved and they're trying to start this bank

because there has been a lot of conservatives that have been kicked off of banking platforms.

Bank of America was the first one.

Chase has been the second one.

You, Mr. Ring, this is Mike Ring, the co-founder, and president and CEO of Old Glory Bank.

You are an Air Force veteran, spent more than 30 years as corporate and securities lawyer

before helping start Old Glory Bank. What made you decide to start a bank? Well, you just said

it. We saw what everyone was saying, and that is canceling and debanking and then sharing data with the government.

Listen, in 2021 after the summer of love, the whole world was crazy. It's not like, think how much

we've changed since then with the great administration so quickly. But after the summer of love,

going into those elections, and the world was just crazy and bifurcated, and there was a bank for every cause, a green bank, a pro-planned parenthood bank, a tree-hugging bank. And there was not a bank for America. And my colleague, Eric Olhaw, is a longtime friend and client of mine, 30-year friend, 30-year client, call me up and said, you know what, Ring? We need to do a bank for America. I said, wow, this is in 2020 after the summer of love. So that's a big idea, but I got a lot going on. And then January 6th happened, and friends of ours were there, and they didn't breach the capital. No one, you know, no one can support some of the things that happened, but 99% of the people there did nothing wrong.

And people started having the FBI show up to their house.

And the only connection was that they used their Bank of America card or they used their debit card in the Capitol.

And so the rumors that we were hearing, we knew were real.

And we said, we can stand by and complain about it.

We can stand by and be one of the people to talk about it or we're going to do something. So we got together some of the great people who were talking about. We raised the money. Went through regulatory approval in 2022. And I can tell you getting through regulatory approval in 2022 as a pro-America Bank. It's amazing we got there, just from the passion of everyone involved.
